Return and Refund Policy

We take pride in creating high-quality 3D-printed products. As all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
